Professional addresses use the website domain, such as sales@example.com or support@example.com. Choose names that are easy to understand and route messages to the right person or department.
Create The Mailbox
Open Email Accounts in cPanel, select the domain, enter the mailbox name, and create a strong unique password. Set an appropriate storage limit when the option is available.
Use Webmail Or Connect An App
Webmail works in a browser. To use a phone or desktop application, open the mail-client configuration information in cPanel and copy the secure incoming and outgoing server settings.
Improve Deliverability
DNS records such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC help receiving systems evaluate whether a message is authorized. Configuration varies, so use the values provided by the hosting platform.
Protect The Account
